I think family portraits are a time honored tradition and they are considered fine art to be displayed proudly in the home. Many of the chain photography studios you find in the mall are not prepared to create portraits the way I do.

Every portrait session is as unique as you are. Each family has different goals and expectations for a family portrait session, so we begin with a consultation. Either over email or on the phone, I’ll help you figure out what kind of portrait suits your family as well as the decor in your home. My goal is to create photographs that tell the story of your life and fit seamlessly into your home. The consultation is a great time to discuss where you want your portrait made as well as what everyone should wear.

During your portrait session, we’ll take plenty of photos to ensure there’s a lot to choose from. Our portrait sessions are lively and fun! We tell jokes and stories and laugh a lot. This is the best way to get those great, natural smiles.

After your portrait session, we typically have your proofs ready to view the next day. We’ll bring the proofs to your home and look at them right on the computer. This is a great way to look at details and compare photos side by side. While we’re there, we can help you decide what will look great in your home.

Once your order is placed, it takes about 10 days to get the prints back, at which time, we’ll personally deliver to your home.
